All squad sessions are complimentary for those athletes on a personal coaching package, otherwise a casual rate of $25 per session applies.
- Cycle Squad Sessions. These sessions operate from 5:45am to 7:15am on Friday mornings, meeting just inside Bobbin Head Rd on the corner of the Pacific Hwy, Turramurra. We work on several different areas which change from week to week, including technique and bike handling skills, climbing, sprinting and time trialling. All levels are welcome, however the ability to be able to ride at least 30km at an average speed of 25kph would allow for the greatest training and coaching experience.
- Track Running Squad Sessions. Held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 5:30am to 6:45am at Tunks Park in Northbridge. Each track running session targets improvement in a specific component of running performance such as endurance, strength, speed, running form, efficiency and technique.
- Ocean Swim Sessions (during daylight savings only). A chance to work on open water swimming skills such as navigation, positioning, breathing, specific strength and how to manage surf conditions. These sessions are on each Wednesday night from 6pm-7pm at Balmoral Beach, meeting just in front of the Balmoral Beach club house (northern end at the base of Awaba St).
- 1-on-1 Sessions. These are 45min private coaching sessions tailored specifically to any areas you wish to address, from learning the basics of running technique through to the finer details of time trialling and strength development on the bike. Coaching fees are $90 per session (excluding GST, group rates also available).
